Andrew Gobran
People Person

Hi, i'm Andrew 👋
Service is a core value that runs through most parts of my life and I find joy in investing my time and talents for the good of others. In particular, I enjoy helping people identify their values, skills, and interests and how they can use them to serve those around them.I'm passionate about my faith, youth mentorship, mission work and learning. I enjoy exercising, reading, traveling, learning different coffee brewing methods and spending time with family & friends.
My Work
Great organizations don’t just succeed because of strategy or products—they thrive because of people. I’ve always believed that when employees feel valued, connected, and empowered, they do their best work. That belief fuels my passion for building workplaces where people can grow, contribute meaningfully, and feel a true sense of belonging. As a People Business Partner at Doist, I help shape an employee experience that reflects our values—ambition, mastery, independence, and communication. With a fully remote, asynchronous-first team spanning 30+ countries, we’re redefining what a truly flexible and humancentric workplace looks like.At the heart of it all, I believe people are the foundation of every great endeavor. When we invest in them, we create workplaces—and communities—where everyone wins.

I've been doing this remote thing for a while now 😄
