Andrew Gobran

Do not grow weary of doing good.

Hi, i'm Andrew 👋

I believe a meaningful life is one of service, curiosity, and purpose. I come alive when i'm helping people feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow.My Orthodox Christian faith is my foundation. It shapes how I live, lead, and love—anchoring me in both the quiet routines and the big moments. I don’t always get it right, but I try to live with intention, humility, and grace.Outside of work and service, I find joy in slow mornings, good coffee, deep conversations, and learning something new every day. I’m passionate about health and fitness, mobile photography, and good company—especially when paired with a meaningful conversations, a good laugh, or engaging activity. This site is a collection of what inspires me, what I’m learning, and what I hope might encourage you too.

My Work

Great organizations don’t just succeed because of strategy or products—they thrive because of people (who enable great strategy and products). I’ve always believed that when employees feel valued, connected, and empowered, they do their best work. That belief fuels my passion for building workplaces where people can grow, contribute meaningfully, and feel a true sense of belonging. As a People Business Partner at Doist, I help shape an employee experience that reflects our values. With a fully remote, asynchronous-first team spanning 30+ countries, we’re redefining what a truly flexible and humancentric workplace looks like.At the heart of it all, I believe people are the foundation of every great endeavor. When we invest in people, we create workplaces, and communities, where everyone wins.

I've been doing this remote thing for a while now 😄
